Shipping and Returns

PROCESSING TIMES

Current processing times are presented at the top of every page in the bar across your screen, as well as on our social media pages and in your order confirmation.

All processing times are rough estimates and are subject to change based on order volume at that time! We try to keep everyone as up to date as possible on current processing via our website or our social media platforms. 

Processing times DO NOT include shipping times. Shipping is entirely out of our control, it is up to you to select the desired shipping method at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed packages or problems with carrier services.

SHIPPING POLICIES

All items are shipped via Canada Post. You will be able to pick your shipping method at checkout. Canada Post does not work on Sundays or Holidays, shipping times are affected by National Weather and Holiday seasons so take that into consideration when placing your order. Canada Post shipping times are an estimate and they do not guarantee shipping times.  We are not responsible for delayed, damaged or lost packages during shipping, please contact Canada Post for insurance claims if applicable.  All items are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

FREE SHIPPING OPTION does not come with tracking unless purchased at checkout

CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTIES

The customer is responsible for any/all import and/or duty fees in regards to their order. A refund will not be issued if the customer fails to pay said fees, or if the package is refused/returned

ADD ON ORDERS

Add on orders are available if you wish to add an extra 1-10 cutters to your order. Please note, doing this will reset your processing time to your most recent order date.  

HOW TO: Create your new order. In the NOTES section please write your original order number. Choose local pickup up as your shipping option. 

ORDERING AND RETURN POLICIES

Orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or refund on any items. All orders are custom and we do not hold inventory for cookie cutters. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us right away. 

You may be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order with a 10% cancellation fee. We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds after this period. 

Please let us know within 24-48 hours if there is an issue with your order or missing items, and we will do our best to resolve them!

DAMAGED CUTTERS

If for ANY reason your cutter becomes damaged and/or broken (from shipping or while using) we will replace your cutter at ZERO charge! Please email a photo and description  of what happened to info@peachesanddream.ca

**NOTE: This does not include damage from cutter melting. You cannot use these cutters on warm dough, or in a dishwasher as laid out in each item description**
